Unfortunately my one ingredient usually consists of something far less healthy like perhaps Wensleydale cheese or chocolate!
Would doughnuts count? What about brownies? Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies? I wonder why I need to lose weight...
Mmmmm yes. Corn on the cob. Fried chicken. Catfish. Cinnamon rolls (not for breakfast).
Do Cheez-Its count? Eric would be happy to join you in your corn-eating frenzy. He's a huge fan. He might through in a fresh tomato, too. Yum.
I ate a bowl of ice cream for dinner last night! In my defense, we had a really big late lunch...
Oh, so many I can't even count. The life of living in a hotel for a total of two years does not lead to a good diet. Off the top of my head- fried dill pickles, nacho chips with cheese (oh, that is two), can of collard green (nod to the south), box of cheese-its (nod to your friend kim), Jello, jello, jello when I had my tonsils out....oh- I could go on, but I don't want to monopolize your comments. ;) I am doing better now.. btw I have lost 11 pounds!!!!!
oh, man and a bag of pistachios...a box of triscits....NEITHER of which I recommend to do and work a twelve hour shift...ugh.
